Grant County Cancer Coalition
The Grant County Cancer Coalition is a non-profit organization created to provide financial assistance to cancer patients and their families in Grant County Wisconsin. The coalition was formed in an effort to raise funds to help in the local area, directly helping friends and neighbors.
The Coalition provides help with some of the extra expenses cancer patients and their families incur. For example, transportation expenses can be extensive for people traveling to other cities for treatments. These additional, and often unexpected, expenses are the focus of support from the Coalition. The nine-member volunteer board considers each application, and assistance is provided through vouchers. Funds are available to anyone living in Grant County who is currently diagnosed with cancer.
